# How to send a quotation to buyer's RFQ

## Overview

This article explains how suppliers can send a quotation in response to an RFQ (Request for Quotation) on VinaSources.

Sending a quotation allows suppliers to provide pricing and terms to buyers based on their sourcing requirements.

Sending a quotation allows suppliers to:

* Respond to buyer RFQs
* Propose pricing and terms
* Start sourcing discussions with buyers

## How to Send a Quotation (Step by Step)

### Step 1: Log in to Your Supplier Account

1. Log in to your Supplier account on VinaSources
2. Go to the Supplier Center
